Controls
- Jump
- Space, W, or ↑. On a phone or tablet, tap the gameplay canvas.
- Fast drop
- Down Arrow (↓) or S while airborne. On touchscreens, swipe down across the game or tap the on-screen drop button.
- Pause or resume
- P or Esc, or use the on-screen pause button.
There is no left or right movement. Time your jump to clear the spike and block obstacles as they approach.
The run, score, and coins
The runner moves automatically through a procedurally generated course. A collision ends the run unless a shield absorbs it. The world gradually accelerates, so obstacles arrive faster the longer you last.
Score formula: floor(distance ÷ 10) + 50 × fragments collected. Your displayed score combines distance and fragments.
Each data fragment collected banks one coin when the run is banked. A run is banked when it ends, when you leave a paused run for the menu, restart, or close the page. Completing daily missions can award additional coins.
Pickups and glitch events
Run into a power-up to activate it; there is no separate use button.
- Shield: absorbs one collision, then disappears.
- Slow-Mo: slows the world and your movement together for 5 seconds.
- Data Magnet: draws nearby fragments toward you for 7 seconds.
Glitch events are temporary course conditions, not pickups. Data Storm adds fragments; System Surge speeds up obstacles; Gravity Error makes jumps shorter; Visual Corruption changes the display. Dangerous events show a warning before they begin.
Progression and settings
Cosmetic shop
Coins unlock visual-only player skins: GLITCH MAGENTA (free), NEON CYAN (80), TOXIC LIME (150), SOLAR FLARE (250), and GHOST PROTOCOL (400). Trails are NO TRAIL (free), EMBER SPARKS (100), PIXEL DUST (180), and ION COMET (300). Cosmetics do not change gameplay advantages.
Achievements
There are 11 achievements for ending your first run, collecting 50 or 250 fragments total, reaching scores of 1,000 or 3,000, surviving 45 or 90 seconds in one run, using all three power-ups across your progress, surviving a collision with a shield, and experiencing 5 or 20 glitch events.
Daily missions
Three missions refresh at local midnight: collect a fragment target (sometimes across runs, sometimes in one run), survive a target time in one run, and reach a target score in one run. Their targets and coin rewards rotate by the device’s local date.
Settings
You can independently adjust sound effects and their volume, background music and its volume, screen shake, and reduced motion.
A steadier first run
- Watch the obstacle, not just the fragments. A jump is about 0.7 seconds long; the game spaces obstacle patterns to leave at least 0.85 seconds of travel between them. A deliberate jump is usually more useful than repeated tapping.
- Use fast drop only when the landing is clear. It brings you down quickly. Check that you will not land into the next spike or block.
- Take fragments that fit your jump. Fragments add both score and coins, but a risky detour can end the run.
- Let pickups do their work. The shield is a one-hit buffer, Slow-Mo gives more real time to read the course, and the magnet helps collect nearby fragments automatically.
- Pause when you need a break. The game pauses when you switch away from its tab. Power-up and event timers advance during play, not while paused.
Quick questions

Collected fragments convert to coins when the run is banked. Mission rewards add coins when their targets are completed.
Why did today’s missions change?
Missions are generated from your device’s local date and refresh at local midnight.
Will my progress follow me to another device?
Game progress is saved in this browser’s local storage. It is not synced between browsers or devices.
